MONEYMAKER ACCOUNT

This is a high interest, on-call savings account with no minimum deposit and no minimum balance. Interest is calculated daily, posted to your account monthly and compounds - that is, you'll earn interest on your interest. You are entitled to one free withdrawal per month, thereafter there is a disincentive fee of $2 per withdrawal.

There are three tiered deposit levels:

Deposits to $1,999	2.50%pa
$2,000 to $9,999	4.00%pa
$10,000 to $250,000	4.75%pa

LOYALTY FEE REBATES

Calculated monthly based on the total of the minimum monthly balances in the Savings, Loans and Term Investment Accounts. For example if your association with Credit Union Central was $5,000 made up of a personal loan of $4,000 and savings of $1,000 your rebate will be $4. The maximum rebate payout is $35. Part or all of the transaction charges paid by you (other than those transaction charges incurred against the MoneyMaker share account), may be rebated by the Credit Union

Total Balances from $10,000 to $14,999	$8 per month
Total Balances from $15,000 to $19,999	$10 per month
Total Balances from $20,000 to $29,999	$12 per month
Total Balances from $30,000 to $39,999	$14 per month
Total Balances from $40,000 to $49,999	$16 per month
Total Balances from $50,000 to $74,999	$25 per month
Total Balances over $75,000	$35 per month

The more support you give your Credit Union the greater the loyalty rebate.

FEE CHARGES

• SERVICE FEE- $1 per month on all accounts (other than Superannuants, Students, and members with only Term Share Investments)

• TRANSACTION FEES -Counter cash withdrawals 70 cents per transaction

                                    Counter cheque withdrawals $1 per transaction 

• ELECTRONIC FEES (Within New Zealand) - 

                                EFTPOS 30 cents per transaction

                                ATM $1.30 per valued transaction

                                ATM $1.75 per non value transaction

•   Electronic Fees (Outside New Zealand) -

                               EFTPOS 70 cents per transaction

                               ATM $7.00 per transaction

   Normal transaction fees apply. There is an initial charge for an ACCESSCARD OF $10

• Automatic payments -20 cents per transaction

                                      $3.00 per creation

                                      $3.00 per alteration/suspension

• Direct Debits - $3.00 per creation

                          $25.00 per dishonour
